An IAPAM Membership Pays for Itself

June 1, 2011 |

Membership in the IAPAM provides expert and peer support to physicians who are adding aesthetic medicine procedures, including: Botox, dermal fillers, medical microdermabrasion, medical grade chemical peels and lasers and light devices (for hair removal and skin resurfacing), and/or hCG for weight loss, to a practice.

The IAPAM (http://www.iapam.com) is the most accessible, global association for physicians starting out in aesthetic medicine.  Through membership in the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM), and by attending any of the IAPAM’s comprehensive botox training or hCG training programs, physicians ensure they have all the tools and expertise needed to launch a safe and profitable medical spa.

From education to practice resources, membership in the IAPAM pays for itself.  For physicians who require equipment, financing, discounts on botox training & hcg training, or patient and marketing materials, membership with the IAPAM offers savings that will quickly pay for the annual $295 membership fee. In addition, IAPAM members have access to AMA CAT1 Aesthetic Medicine and Medical Weight Management CMEs via the IAPAM’s online Members Only web portal.

Further, the monthly clinical and marketing tips members receive are proven to help a healthcare provider lower their expenses and increase revenues.  Clinical support also includes access to the IAPAM’s exclusive “Ask an Expert” hCG and Botox Q & A Forums. Through membership in the IAPAM, physicians have unlimited access to clinical and business experts.  Member physicians use the IAPAM’s forums for questions ranging from hCG Plateaus to Botox best practices.

For many physicians, adding aesthetic medicine to a practice is a new endeavor, and membership in the IAPAM offers these physicians a year of “full service” support.  An Accredited Membership with the IAPAM includes:

  • CME access to Aesthetic Medicine and Obesity AMA PRA CAT1 CME’s and over 1,000 CME’s related to other specialties (i.e. dermatology, plastic surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, emergency medicine, and medical weight management).
  • Significant discounts on IAPAM educational events (i.e. save $1,100 on the 2-day Aesthetic Medicine Symposium registration or $500 on the full day hCG Training registration).
  • 10% discount for Elsevier cosmetic medical reference books and training DVDs.
  • One year of practice support, including the latest industry news, a monthly clinical newsletter, and access to our “Ask the Expert” Q and A forums on Botox Best Practices and hCG for Weight Loss.

The IAPAM offers the most comprehensive education and credentialing towards certification in Aesthetic Medicine and hCG for Weight Loss, for physicians entering or practicing in this exploding field.  The IAPAM’s educational programs are quarterbacked by a fully accredited faculty, including: board certified dermatologists, who are experts in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic medicine treatments and hcg physicians and experts, who own and operate their own hCG Clinics.
