OC Dermatologist reprimanded for using non-FDA approved Botulinum Toxin

A Huntington Beach dermatologist, received a reprimand for administering a wrinkle-treatment that was not approved by the Food and Drug Administration. According to board documents, Dr. Joseph Manzini administered an experimental Botulinum Toxin to 10 patients.
